im looking for something extreme and i confused to choose which one.There are two model
in my mind.ironpower and 350hz metal powerball. can someone plz tell me the advantage and disadvantage of this two model.tq  |

I think you'll find that 350hz metal powerballs will be much more highly recommended around here. I'm not sure exactly what the differences are as I've never had an Ironpower, but I know that the 350hz is definitely better quality, it comes with a lifetime parts replacement garauntee, plus there's worldwide competition for RPM scores.

The IronPower does have two different rotors, one aluminium for low force, one steel for high. But there's no counter and no rubber grip, and as Installed says, no lifetime warranty. Get a 350Hz Metal. They're more expensive but ten times better. (I never ever use my IronPower.)

When choosing between two different companies you can't use price as a gauge, but within one company, it does tend to be the more expensive model that is the best choice if you are able to get it. The only thing you ever have to weigh in your mind is (if you are short on cash and stuff) the additional features are necessary for what you need right now, and worth that money.
In some cases, like say you're a computer programmer with carpal tunnel short on cash: getting a cheaper model, letting it rehab you, and then making money by selling your newly developed software. Now you have money, so you could buy the better one deciding you want the best and that you want to compete. Then you could pass the cheap one on to someone you like and also want to benefit. |

That's an interesting way of looking at it. However, in the computer programmer's case, I would suggest he buy a 250Hz Powerball for around £15 to £20, and use that to rehabilitate the injuries, before earning the money to buy the 350Hz Metal Powerball. I would still recommend avoiding the IronPower unless money wasn't an issue and the person was just curious. (Believe me, I've had just about every Powerball under the sun. A cheap £5 fake went into the bin after ten minutes, and the IronPower never comes out of it's case. However, I do currently have the lightweight aluminium rotor from the IronPower in one of my 350Hz Metals. I put some magnets in the rotor and it was working for a while, but isn't anymore. Perhaps the magnets have lost a bit of power and can't trigger the counter. I should add another one...)
