Hi
I have these records:
LH -> 12.703 (I usually reach 11.800 - 12.200)
RH -> 14.298 (I usually reach 13.400 - 14.000)
Do you have some tips to improve my technique ? . I don´t know what to do with my right arm when I have more than 14.000 rpm in it !. I have the same problem with my left arm, I don´t know how to spin it faster !.
Do you have some advices about this ? |
