That is uncertain, I think it won't change anything... _________________ Help Gyrotek when you buy your Powerballs, use our banner:International, France, Thanks!!
I think Metals build too much muscle-bulk, which is a bit slow and therefore doesn't improve 250Hz scores. Mine didn't improve, that's for sure. However, I'm only really using my Metal now, to try and get back to some semblance of form, and then I'll let you know.
I certainly don't think the Metal is bad for 250Hz scores. _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

I think metals are very good for warming up your muscles.
So, the best thing is to use both the metal and the regular/neon in one training session.
Also, did you every try to do a neon run 2 minutes after having trained with the metal? You will be surprised how easily you will get high scores and maybe even a record.

Thanks The Force I will try that how long should i use the metal for and how should i train i usally just do some high speed runs and some 90's and that's it that lasts for about 10mins max
I assume that's not enough (i see you sometimes train between half an hour to an hour)

Some 90sec runs and some speed runs, and all that in 10 minutes only? Holy shit, that is some congestion I would say. Maybe you should take more breaks.
In between speed runs (in which I always do left and right alternately) I take 90sec to 2 minutes of rest. In between 90sec runs I take 3 to 5 minutes of rest.
I used to do 5 speed runs left and 5 speed runs right with the metal for a warm up. Don't force yourself, but give your muscles time to adapt and warm up.
These days I prefer to do 1 million revs (in about 15 minutes) as a warm up, which seems to be a nice way of warming too. Of course I switch hands each minute. Anyway, good luck with find your best way of training. Nobody is the same, neither are the training schedules.

I don't think The Force means 1,000,000 revs. Or if he does, he doesn't mean 15 minutes. Because that would be 66666 revs per minute!!!
1,000,000 revs usually takes a couple of hours...1 hour 45 minutes if you're really pushing it.
The Force probably means 100,000 revs. (I'm sure he could do 150,000 revs in 15 minutes. I can maintain 10,000 rpm for quite a while...half an hour is my current record.) _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

erm...pardon...what I meant is to get 1000 on the display in the first mode of the counter.
I though that you had to multiply that score with 1000, so 1000*1000=1million
Anyway...indeed, I then must have meant 100000revs.

Oh i see so basically it a longer version of 90's endurance
Yes...must longer.
At the Gyrotek Chat evenings they tried some 20-minute endurance sessions. Pako did something like 210,000. I couldn't get into the Chat, but I did the endurance anyway, and my best has been about 204,500. Not sure, but don't think anyone else broke 200,000. I have since done 300,000 in half an hour, and one of my goals is to do 600,000 in an hour.
My ultimate endurance goal is to do 1,000,000 in one sitting, within 20 hours. _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

your ultimate goal is to do 10,000,000 in one sitting in 20 hours actually that the counter would show 0 at the start and 0 at the end after showing number 9999 _________________ sin cera, Arturas

Either it will reset to zero, or smoke will start to rise from the counter as it short circuits and dies. either way, catch that last part on video! _________________ Scores:
