Hi All,

I hurt my left wrist and therefore can't really do weights right now, so I thought I'd do a little powerball.

My best score today was 13862.

I got up to 14.1k on the powerballalyzer, so I have good hopes to pass 14k on my next session.

Nice one Weee, that's very close to your best from ages ago, so there's no reason why a bit more practice won't see you progressing right back up there again, (and some!).

Last session was pretty poor, hoping for a good one some time this week. my left wrist is healing so I won't be back at powerball much longer, and I hope to leave with a new record in hand, we'll see how it goes.
