Can't get over 13k these days

Hi everyone,
I'm new in here so first let me say hello Very Happy

Now back to my problem, i've got a score of 13729 and these days it's a real achievement for me to get 13k Sad

What's the prob. Question

And another thing, i usually do some speed runs before warm up and then after the warm up the scores i get are lower than the first ones.who can this happen Question

Any advice will be very appreciated Smile

You sound in a very similar situation to me a while back. Records were 13579 left-hand, 13476 right-hand, yet 13k was a real struggle. I put it down to doing too much endurance, and allowing my muscles to learn to make large circular movements. I was unable to "Pulse" the Powerball into those really high speeds. The Metal was even worse...I would struggle to get 10k, and that was just embarassing.

So I changed my normal direction of wrist-rotation. Scores were poo for ages, (10k was a problem with the Plastic!), but I quite quickly got back to normal, and then shot up from a record of 13069, to 13.5k, to 14k in just a couple of sessions.

This complete change of technique allowed me to prevent my muscles learning a bad technique. (Post a video of the best you can do at the moment, as it might back up my theory.)

But today my metal scores were quite good (for me)10800max and my record is 11090.
Is there a possibility of just being in a cold mode and find my form soon Question

As about my powerball it runs OK though i there are some cery small vibrations (sometimes)at around 12-13k although i think it's fine Smile
