Struggling to break the 13k barrier!!!!

After defeating the 12k barrier and the one handed flick start i am now struggling to crack the 13k!!!

Getting really frustrated and my arms are falling off !!!

any tips ?

Perseverance. I cracked 12k pretty quick, and jumped from 12006 to 12802 in one go. Then it was a while before I got to 12991, and even longer before I finally got over 13k.

I think I did it one evening after a bit of endurance. Lots of 90s runs and some 10 or 20 minute non-stop runs. I did four or five consecutive 13k scores, ranging from about 13050 to 13215. For a while after I was able to repeatedly get over 12900 again, but 13k was still a bit of a barrier. Since then I think I've only got over 13k perhaps 10 times, and that's in the last 8 or 9 months. Sad
