Hi guys,
I noticed that my grip is the limiting factor when using the metal so I decided to solve that problem by buying a product with which I can increase my grip strength more easily.

There are different types of strength available. I bought the "gripmaster black", which provides the most force. The nice thing about this product is that you train all your fingers separately.

Well..to be honest...because of my thumb injury I can't tell for sure. I haven't used it a lot since the last 6 weeks.
But some time ago when I was using the metal a lot I had the impression that my grip on it improved, but that's no hard scientific proof I think. Anyway..no matter my powerball performance, it's a nice training device and especially the fact that you can train each finger separately makes it cool. Don't underestimate that your middle fingers are much stronger than the little finger. That you wil notice immediately with the gripmaster ;-)

With my little finger I can just press it together, so for that finger it is a good training device.
For the other fingers it's easier, I can make 30 repetitions, so still a good exercise for those fingers as well I think.

i know what you mean about finger strength, i play guitar and ahve had to train so much to get the strenght in my little figner up. its still nowhere close to my oher fingers but still better.
i think i will get one of these becasue if it doesnt improve my powerballing its bound to help with guitar.

Well..just take the Gripmaster Black, which I have....if you say that you already have quite some finger strength, then that one should do the trick.

That is a difficult question. I have the heavy one (black) and with that one I can just press my little finger. And I think I have quite some force in my hands. But looking at your scores, you must have a firm grip as well ;-)
