Seems like your rotor has "exploded". One thing is for sure you are not alone with your problem. I think I have had your problem about 9 times now and some of gyrotek even more.
Especially endurance modes tend to make your pbs wear out fast. What you are saying...that the pb suddenly starts to vibrate during use, happened to me 4 times in total.
It has to do with an increase of the tolerance between the rotor axis and the rotor. If you open the pb you will notice some white powder on each side of the rotor near the axis ends. That powder used to be part of the rotor material et voila...tolerance...et au revoir la balance You can search for topics on this problem in the forum. There are many.
So, it's time to send back your pb for repair I guess.
Regards,

bummer
well i got mine off www.play.com and as i said only two weeks ago.
Does this mean i have to go through them and get a replacement or do i have to go to www.powerballs.com
and if i open my powerball will that invalidate my warrently on it?
also the other thing i noticed about it is that when i stop spinning it it slows very rapidly and stops any spinning perpendicular to the mid line of the rotar, if that makes sense??
should i email rory? _________________ Personal Records:

Yeah I've had this problem, email powerball and they will send you out a new rotor. _________________ 250hz

I had that problem too.
My first Neon lasted 2 months.
You could buy a regular to make endurance exercises, because Neons seem to be less resistant. |

Have had about 7 or 8 Powerballs and never had one break. A new 250Hz I got from Play.com did have what felt like an unbalanced rotor, which got worse with time, but would sometimes smooth out after continual use. Could still get over 12k with it though.
Either I just have the perfect technique, or I'm not violent enough with them! _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)
