Hi boys, I'm MJ's friend, and I have some problem with a superpowerball i buyed a long time ago.
I sent this email to powerball-europe, and didnt receive any answer:

Hi, i’ve just received the package.
The superpowerball you sent me doesn’t have the digital counter, as you can see in the attached photo.
The regular PB is OK.
Please, send me the digital counter.

Hi Shinjin,
I tend to always contact the people @powerballs.com direct. Usually Rory, sometimes Fiona or Maria. Their email systems often block messages as SPAM though.
Speak to The Force...he calls Rory on the phone sometimes, so I'm sure he'll put in a good word for you...he helped MJ out with a Neon Powerball she needed replacement parts for. (The Force is such a gentleman!!)
So, have you managed to put the counter from the 250Hz Pro onto the Metal? What sort of scores have you achieved?
