A friend bought a Neon Powerball at Powerball-Europe, and it started to vibrate a lot and to make a strange noise, so I sent them an email asking for their advise, they answered very soon to ask me about the ordernumber, so I sent another email with the ordernumber and my problem, but they didn´t answer. I sent again the email a week after, but again nothing.
So I don´t know what to do about it.
What do you suggest?

Is Powerball-Europe a Sister company of Powerballs.com? I bought my first Powerball from Power-ball.com, but Powerballs.com helped me out with replacement parts and stuff.

Might be worth emailing Rory...he's always been very helpful.

Powerball Europe is the official distributor of the NSD powerball for the Benelux Spain and some other countries.

RPM Sports (powerballs.com) is the official distributor of the UK plus some other countries.

They are different companies but I know that the CEO's are very good friends and they even work together on certain fields.

Now, about the emails not being answered. I know that it sometimes takes some time to get an answer from powerball-europe. But I also know that they are suffering from a heavy email backlog (actually similar to powerballs.com). So, i am convinced MJ that they are willing to help you. Maybe sent them a reminder with a catching subject and refer to your earlier sent emails.

My experience with powerball-europe is that have never made any problem with sending me a new powerball when it was broken or sending me a replacement part. Actually I just received three replacement parts last weekend from them.
