Today I made new reverse records:
Metal left hand -> 8806rpm
Neon left hand -> 10901rpm
Neon right hand -> 10993rpm
With the metal on reverse my left hand wins but with the Neon the right hand is better. Strange thing.  |

one question: when u did the 24h, did u try some minutes of reverse?? or all the time forward?
And please... call "forward" to your best technique now, not old-reverse nor new-forward... I get crazy trying to understand u... anyways... u r getting very balanced, that in a near future it won't matter to u 
I've already reach 14k with right... but my left is hopeless. I'm not going to force it, I will train it with care, and let is improve... no hurry!

I did about half and half. Several hours in one direction, several in the other, and so on.

No, I'll just call them forward and reverse, even though reverse is my preferred technique. To you I'll call them WOWO and SDF, (Wax On Wax Off and Sand Da Floor!)
And by the way, my left reverse score improvement the other night happened with no more training than usual. Because I do plenty of 30s runs left, and also use it in my 90s runs, it does get some decent training I suppose.

i wish my left improved like yours...
yesterday after a funny training with my IronPower light-rotor, i did 13k+ again with my left.. and 11.9k with Metal... 2 hours... I got a bit of pain but nothing to worry about (i hope).
right hand is on rest mode... hopefully for some weeks.
So... I guess only thing I have to do is 30s and 90s with left hand, and have patience.

My only problem is that when I start to get more balanced, it means that my faster hand has hit a wall. I should be improving all round, but my slower scores are all catching my faster score, with no sign of any improvement in my all time record.
I was hoping a hard 60-minute endurance last night would help, but no, afterwards I felt fine, but my muscles were slow. (587,600 by the way...new record. 600,000 should be pretty easy with a worn-in Powerball...I was using my Neon Green which is hardly used.)

today i did reverse.
I broke my right-hand reverse record = 14393
And also tried for first time, Dual Reverse SoundBall
12921 (left) + 13219(right) = 26140
Left SoundBall slip from my hand and fall into the floor!!!  it strike hard!! poor soundball!! now it screams badly... it's almost useless for speed now 
And also tried 15k, but wasn't strong enough today... only 14988
videos at gmail. The Dual video is funny... but it cost me a soundball.. luckly there is a new one waiting in another box

At 90s with my left hand -> 12832.

My current reverse scores are:
LR speed -> 10901rpm
RR speed -> 11027rpm (new)
LR 90s -> 12832 (new)
RR 90s -> 11889
My left hand is pretty better than my right hand on 90s, but it´s slower at speed. |

hey
I'm thinking about switching to this just for a bit of fun really, but i'm really bad so its going to take a while to get some scores up really I heard Tim changed the direction and added 1000 rpm or so on his score, woah

Hi Pete!
As you said, at the begining the reverse scores are very low compared with the normal scores you can make, but it´s very usefull to try new techniques and with some practice your reverse scores will rise. |

Not straight away, but about that, yes. Took some time. I just felt I simply wasn't making progress, and a change of direction was like starting all over again, but with more experience thrown in. Didn't take too long to reach my old scores, but my action felt so much easier it enabled me to go so much higher.
My old direction is improving as well, but is still quite a way behind.

Same here. I was stuck in 13276 for over a year. Then I bought metal and that helped me improve it to 13641. Then I hit wall and decided to change my spinning direction last summer, so I have add over 1100 rpm to my score.
My old direction scores are:
right: 13641
left: 13232
metalright: 11226
metalleft: 11031
Yesterday I tried some reverse and got about 12600 and 10800 with metal. That was with left hand. Right is complete off and uncomfortable with that direction, about 12000 and 10000.

My original direction of rotation isn't uncomfortable...I just can't help making large circles with my hards. In reverse I can make much smaller circles and pulse my muscles quite nicely.
