Reverse-Rotation scores

Hi,

Yeah, I'm quite happy with my left hand reverse speed. It's improving, and keeps my right hand away from record attempts, which I hope will let me recover better.

Anyway, reverse rotation maybe dangerous... I'm not used to it, and my left hand fingers suffer because trying to increase speed, my grip to the ball is weird and I feel cruel forces killing my articulations


Adrena1in: how r u doing with reverse rotation? Has it already become your standard direction?

Hi,

today I broke 5 records:

- reverse with left = 11501
- reverse with right = 13247

- metal speed = 12585
- metal 90s = 15465

- regular speed = 14761 ---> I deleted the damn video!!! I will never forgive myself!!!
(I tried every software to undelete files, but no luck)


I think I did t00 much metal... I will need some days to recover physically and mentally

I need to avoid ball at all cost! not even reverse...

well... now i need f00d...

Today I made a new speed record with my left -> 10229rpm.

I like training with reverse rotation and I have done it a lot recently. I got new speed record today with left hand, 12718. My record with my right hand is around 13,4K.
I also use reverse rotation a lot when I practice endurance and for warm up.
My powerball is a little strange, it only works for high speed when I use normal rotation. I think it's because the rotor touches the white support ring when I get around 13K.

Did a couple of 10-minute sessions earlier, with various forwards and reverse scores inbetween. Increased my reverse records to 12879 (right) and 12167 (left), but got not more records. Could only manage 13103 (left) and 12959 (right). Weird that my right hand forwards and backwards scores are now about the same, but my left hand scores are quite different.

i tried to do a highscore for a first time with my right hand in reverse rotation (inwards for me) and i got 11015 very easily... and i think that is really A LOT considering my highscore is only 11725 but usually i don`t go more than 11,35k

Yesterday I made a new 90s record with my left -> 11815rpm.

I made a new reverse 90s record with my left hand -> 11942rpm.
Now my left hand is better at reverse endurance than my right, but at speed the right wins:

90s left -> 11942rpm
90s right -> 11889rpm
speed left -> 10229rpm
speed right -> 10655rpm
