Speed Left - 11936, Right - 12519
Dual - 11765 (Right) + 11053 (Left) = 22818

(Bearing in mind I could only manage 12994 and 12732 with my right and left hands respectively using my "normal" direction of rotation.)

I didn't really try reverse scores yet, but I dion't think I can achieve better than 10k even with my right hand!!!

At first I thought that concentrating on Reverse Rotation would be bad for my normal scores, but the 12994 I did last night is the best I've managed for ages. Perhaps Reverse Rotation is good.

I don't know if reverse rotation is good, but I find it quite relaxing for my right hand. My left hand is very dumb, but at least it improves slowly, now reaching 9.5k; it reminds me when I first did powerball, so pathetic

I tried 90s, with my left -> 10457rpm and with my right -> 11194rpm.

I have trained a little bit with my reverse rotation and have made new records.
At 90s with my left -> 10835rpm, with my right-> 11765rpm.
At speed with my left -> 9484rpm, with my right -> 10655rpm.
I need more practice.

Yesterday, at the live competition, I improved my left reverse rotation.
At 90s -> 10875rpm and at speed -> 9922rpm.
With my right I was not able to do it better, it was burning because of Tuesday´s training.
I´ll rest some days to recover my hands.

I did some 90s endurance while driving to work this morning (!). Managed 13454 with my left, then had a go with my right and felt I was going far faster, but only managed 13238 or something, which was a bit confusing.

Adrena1in, driving and powerballing? That´s quite risky, isn´t it? If you make a new record, you won´t be able to record it!!
