I worked my left hand a bunch today, so I did some left hand reverse endurance. The best of which was 90sec: 13578

Reverse still just feel so wrong to me and totally uncordinated. Maybe i should practice them a lot more, but the most i;ve got in reverse is a pathetic 10,450  |

I was the same to start with, but I'd hit such a wall I had little else to lose really...you're still on the rise, so I wouldn't worry about it.
My forwards scores are still fairly respectable when I try it these days, and for ages I still did endurance forwards, because on long reverse runs I would lose my coordination. But now, I'm reverse 100% of the way, and my scores are better than ever. (2nd again in the 90s Strength, just like I was a little over a year ago!)

That was my thought. Once and if i hit a brick wall I will start to practice it more, or atleast when improvement slows down dramatically (still break my speed record about once a week). It just seems impossible that reverse could ever be any where near as quick, but I guess it's all about practice. |

Keep at it. For the first time ever last night my left arm started to feel like it was getting in shape. 13637, and it was smooth, almost like it was doing it by itself, (if you know what I mean).

Unless you completely switch to reverse you probably won't notice much in the way of improvement. I don't really concentrate on my left the way I should, (though I only do reverse now), so my left in forwards is about the same as it is in reverse now. In fact I think it still wants to go forwards...
When I've been trying to score specific scores lately, I hold the Powerball so that I can watch the counter. When changing from right to left I would normally have to switch the rotation of spin, so that one hand mirrors the other. But I noticed the other day that I don't do that anymore. My right automatically wants to spin in reverse, my left still wants to spin forwards.
My current dream is to get both hands in both directions over 14k...wonder if anyone can do that yet, (even wonder if Akis can).

I can do 14+ forward / reverse with right hand
But it will take an eternity for left to reach that level 
I think Akis can do it. And anyone that is very balanced maybe training in reverse can do it... Ludo is pretty balanced, i think he can do 14k+ with either hand... and Bjorn also. There are few that can do 14k+ with both hands in forward.
damn! i have the arms very very sore! on sunday i tortured my triceps/biceps really hard, and then I used Metal very intense.. 30 runs of 13k+ (max = 13279, no record this time  ). I Couldn't hardly sleep last night, my arms were hurting! I had to get up and watch my videos until i had to go for work.

Last night at the chat my left-reverse speed shot up from 13637-ish to 13976! Did quite a few 13.7k and 13.8k scores too. I also improved on my left AND right forwards speeds...first improvement for well over a year. My goal is now to hit 14k either hand, either direction.
