Always preferred endurance to top speed. Didn't know the rules about the images before achieving this score the other evening though. Unfortunately, the score only stays on the display for about thirty seconds, so it's lost forever...or until I better it!

Quite pleased with 16741, but I know 17000 shouldn't be a problem.

Well I just did 16,934, but couldn't get my camera on quick enough to take a photo! But I followed it with 16,862 and just got a pic before the display went off.

I usually try to change hands two or three times. What I try to do is go for 30 seconds with one hand, swap for another 30 seconds, then swap again.

When I did the 16,800 score I wasn't able to keep a good grip with my left hand though, and I probably only did 10 or 15 seconds with it. Had I managed a good grip I would've done 17,000 easily. (It would be great to have some sort of clip-on cover to go over the wheel for this sort of thing!)

I think the endurance training I've done in the past really helps. I don't do it that often now, but some months ago I would always do 30, 60 and 90 seconds with one hand. My 90-second record, with a standing start, (start it with the string), with one hand only, is around 15,200. I've managed 15,000 with both hands as well. I may not be able to hit a top score of more than 13,241, but I can maintain 12,000 revs for quite some time.

Keep it going at 12,000 revs for 90 seconds and 18,000 could be achievable!

Yes it's the same for all beginners and people who try after a few weeks to achieve some new records...
I usually stop before my hands burn to much, it allows me then to use it again earlier because I don't have to wait a total recovery... Smile

I got that score a little while ago and haven't used it much since and the best I can do now is 12700 which is very frustrating, its not sounding to good either.

You should try to train under 90s mode, with one or two hand, it fastly improves strength and power in the wrists. You can be sure to achieve some good scores after a few days...
The only issue is that you should have more than 1 powerball to do it, otherwise there is a risk of wearing it too fast...
