Pako's visit :)

Pako arrived yesterday morning to Alicante, we made a powerball session at my University and made some videos and photos. I have uploaded 2 videos at the gmail account, a funny video and another video showing Pako's Chinese balls of 600g each one, they are good to warm up before powerballing.
Today we tried the bluetooth counter, it would be nice if it could be used online for the live competitions.
I have had a great time with Pako, two intensive days, he is now returning to Bilbao. Hope to see him soon again.

I have uploaded the pics.

The first one was taken at one castle in Alicante that is called Santa Bárbara. The second one is me warming up with the weights of Pako on my wrists. The third one is Pako making a speed run. The forth one is Pako and me, I´m holding one of the grippers of Pako and we where weights on our wrists. And the last one is Pako and me with the Powerball shirt and holding my metal PB signed by Pako.

I'm back to Bilbao.

I enjoyed the visit! Everything was great but the travel in bus... it was a hell... my butt hurts!

Our powerballing session was nice! I tried Dual and got something like 26.5k... If I had better pbs 27k would be no problem, I'm sure. I also did 14721 on MJ's Blue Neon, but could only get 14.1k on my regulars... I must open some of my new Neon and train again hard! ;-)

I wished we have had more time.

Hope we can do another powerballing meeting s00n!

I´m really busy these days working with my thesis, but I promise to send more pics & videos this weekend. I have to compress the videos and reduce the pics, it´s not a lot of work, but it takes some time.

As I promised, there are new videos and pics at the gmail account. I have sent videos of my scores, but they are not very good. I was not very concentrated as a friend of mine came with us and he made me laugh sometimes.
Pako made videos of his records too, maybe he will send some of them.
In my videos he appears at the background, hehe. And you can hear his soundballs screaming in some of the videos.
There is a video where Pako is searching a part of his counter, that´s why he´s looking at the floor.
I wear the weights of Pako on 2 of the videos (2.5kg each one). It was quite difficult to score high with them.
The metal run was made with Pako's metal, so if you see the counter at the start of the video it´s not a new personal score of 13k+, hehe.
About the pics: 3 of them where taken at the PB session that we made and the last one was taken at a castle that is called Santa Bárbara.

Hi,

I wasn't able to concentrate as I usually do when I'm alone. Anyway, I knew I couldn't break any record. My speed technique is worse now, but at least my fingers feel 100%.

I want to train again hard, most of all my left arm. On saturday I had a very intense session, almost 4 hours, training my left hand, and finishing with dual.

Haven't tested endurance, but I think I would do real bad, because my speed technique gets out of control, and cannot maintain high constant speed.

MJ, did u try 30s or 90s on out meeting?
