Don´t worry James. Continue training and you´ll recover your form again soon.
How are you doing on endurance? Maybe it helps you to to make some endurance sessions before your speed attempts to warm up. Chocolate is a good companion for speed too. |

I probably wasn't training as hard as I should have been, and my Anti-Virus on my PC was blocking me from joining in the chats, but whenever I did have a session, 13k was a real barrier. That's when I decided to change my wrist-rotation direction.
Might be worth you trying the same? It's horrible at first, because even 10k seems like a major effort, but stick with it like I did and I'm sure you'll start to see quick improvements. Took me maybe 4 or 5 months of gentle use to get up to speed again, and then when I figured out how to join the Gyrotek Chats again I improved rapidly...the friendly competition really helps, I find.
Do it! _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

Once someone has come out of using powerball they start to 'forget', for lack of better words, the technique, strength, rotation etc. You haven't hit a wall your as they say a little 'rusty'.
I'm sure if you start getting into a routine e.g. hour of hard powerballing 5 days a week you should be getting high scores in no time _________________ __250Hz__ (RH/LH)
