hello, just had a idea i wanted to wright down before i forget and i thought others out there may have ideas for improvements for powerballs
my idea's are these:
1 make a powerball core with small indents like a golf ball to stop trapped air slowing the core down.not sure how much air drag comes into play or if the lines on the core already deal with it?
2 and how about materials for the inner part, like titanium, becuase its strong and lightweight.
3 a counter linked to your pc as to analyse the longer 90s run precisely displaying rpm against time( i have seen a frequency analizer graphs from videos im tempted to try out)
4 a powerball glove, designed with grip for the outer edges in mind or even a ball built into a glove
just thoughts anyone else have any ideas?

2) I think, that somewhere in this forum is topic about it. maybe it´s on Powerball.com
3) Exist bluetooth counter...maybe not so precise
4) I think, that every leather gloves are usable, I´ve got leather gloves which are using by car and TIR drives, and are perfect. _________________ Lukas Ruzicka

i found a thread on powerballs.com forum,first visit there
http://www.powerballs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1979
yeah titanium would be to expensive and not help that much!
The bluetooth counter looks like what i was thinking of,would be good for compettions between players.although expensive at £40 i can imagine a tournament using them but not really for one person unless you really want to hone your skills.
saw on that forum a game where you have to get the exact score people set like 8888,im gunna try that once i register on there forum
and yes im off to buy a glove of some sort, once i research what type to get, golf, driving etc
as for more ideas i found a university paper going in depth on the dynamics of a powerball,im going to read it to see if i come up with any other ideas
if anyone is interested the paper is here:
http://www.physics.princeton.edu/~mcdonald/examples/mechanics/gulick_jam_62_321_00.pdf
there a couple of other papers people may or may not find interesting
