You know what? I don't think you'll run into too many problems up to and over 14k with the Metal. The plastic is about fast-twitch muscles, the Metal is far more about strength, long before "pulsing" comes into effect, (which, for me, is at around about 14k), and you've got more than enough strength.

When I started to get back on form, I improved a lot more with the Metal than I did with the Plastic, and you're doing the same right now. My limitation is that I'm a bit of a puny weakling! Still,

My Metal score is 88.6% of my Plastic score.
Your Metal score is 89.6% of your Plastic score.

But you're FAR stronger than me, so I reckon you should be able to get more like 95%...which is over 14k with the Metal.

I predict you'll do it before the end of February. Smile

I agree with you. I need more fast-twitch muscles, or convert some of the others (at the expense of some strength heheh).

I think 13.8k is going to take some time. I don’t think I can reach by end of February; and 14k with take a bit more Razz

I haven't felt 13k+ t00 many times yet, to get used to it. I have broken Metal record when i returned from my 18-day rest period, and one week later broke it 2 times (10th & 11th). Metal is a dangerous beast! I'll have to take care about my fingers.

To approach Akis level is so exciting! Smile

I'd love to spin Metal everyday, but I will avoid it... or else it will fuck my fingers and also affect to my gym sessions.

But... I promise I'll do my best to reach 14k-Metal before 2008 Cool
