At last I made 13k, yesterday at the live competiton.
The metal helped me, I made changes between the regular and the metal, 2 or 3 runs with each one.
My new record is 13069rpm.
With the metal I made a new record too -> 10419rpm.

You should try only MEtal first, and when your scores don't improve anymore in the session, switch to plastic.

I made some endurance with the regular and the metal to warm up and then I started the speed runs. With the metal I can´t make a lot of speed runs because it hurts my right hand, but it´s really good to improve with the regular.
