I did some one handed endurance with metal today, and with left hand only because my right hand need some rest.

30s - 5381
60s - 9674
90s - 12964

also plastic 30s - 6140

then after that - BANG 14008, with that vibrating ball which has record of 14226 w/ right hand.

Not bad there Jarkko. 60s and 90s one-handed with the Metal is just a killer, isn't it? I don't know how for the life of me I managed almost 15k in 90s with my right hand only...sometimes I just seem to have loads of energy with my right arm. Shame my left is poo!

Yeah, that 90s is a real killer and very good warm up. I'm gonna use that more often in the future. Those metal score by the way are first and only scores so far, so lot better is coming when I'm really focusing on them.

Yes, 14k with either hand is pretty impressive. Wonder how many out there can do it. I only know of Akis, The Force, Pako?, Bjorn and Jarkko being able to do it, but I'm sure there are a few more. Not many though.

That's going to be my goal for this year...14k with left.

No, I'm not able to reach 14k with my left hand... it's just a coordination problem, not strength.

To reach 14k with my left is my dream... once i can do that... 19k on endurance would be no problem, i think.

Strength is most of the times referred to endurance. My left arm is very strong (i can test it on gym), but the technique is very very poor. So my left endurance scores are affected by my pathetic technique and my lactic acid striking on my muscles

Now... I’m on rest mode... I still got pain on my left thumb; the tendon on my right hand middle-finger is always reminding me what pain is; and I injured (muscles/tendons, i don’t know what's going on in there) my left forearm on gym, doing biceps with curl bar.

So I think i better forget powerball for as much time as possible. Watch out for The Return of Pako!!!
