What kind of injuries have you suffered from powerballs?

Hi everyone, just curious about this, So far, I've had tendon pains, biisters, calluses, dry skin. But today I was very enthusiastic and managed to hit a new recover, but I also managed to really strain my shoulder, I can barely lift my arm at the moment, it sucks, but it's my own fault!

Any other weird injuries out there? like... uncontrollable urge to rotate wrists?

How bad do you allow yourself to suffer to improve your records??

I never allow myself to suffer in the pursuit of a new record. I've had sore wrists, knuckles, callouses, blisters, (including bloody blisters where the Metal rotor has bitten me), but my worse injury was in my shoulder once. Can't remember if it was after using the Metal, but I'd overdone it one time and though my shoulders weren't hurting normally, if I put any weight on them they'd just collapse.

I noticed it when sitting on the floor, legs out straight, and leaning back on my arms. I ended up on the floor as both shoulders gave way. Was very painful to try and push myself up. Very odd.

Thats weird. I havent ever felt any shoulder pain. The most pain I get anywhere is in the round part of my hand below the thumb. The next worst would be in my wrist, and then of course the skin on my hand after lots of speed runs. While training, I sometimes let the pain get unbearable, and then go 15 more seconds. It sure helps both speed and endurance scores, and I havent had any problems... yet.

My thumbs. I've dmagaed the joints in both thumbs from the last live event it seems. They are clicking like mad and really hurt. So although i broke speed records in both hands it has come at a cost as I can't really powerball at any speed now as it hurts to much.

I always get blisters, i don't know why as my friend uses it just as much as me and he's perfect!

I have had a throbbing pain in my forearm so i kept off it for about 2 days and it went. So if u have any injuries rest, for me, is the best remedy

First 3 weeks of using the PB it was blister after blister, but thats the same as guitar until you get hard skin, one night though i used the powerball and damaged the tendon in my thumb, couldnt squeeze the stressball it was that bad, but eventually i could and it healed, recently when i was powerballing the ball started slipping between main 2 fingers ( index and middle ) and managed to momentaraly dislocate my middle finger, popped out then straight back in didnt hurt that much until next day.
